1. Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility:
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. The artwork must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:- Custom-made or personalized artwork
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital content
2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 937-833-4848 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information:- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Item(s) being returned
Return Authorization:
Once your return is approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not send the item back without this number.Shipping the Item:
Carefully package the artwork, ensuring it is protected from damage during return shipping. The RA number must be included with the return shipment.- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made in the order.
Inspection and Refund/Exchange:
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue an exchange based on your preference.
- Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call 937-833-4848. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please follow the same return process above and indicate the item you wish to receive in exchange. The exchanged item will be shipped to you once we have received the returned item.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customer-Paid Returns:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.Free Return Shipping:
If we made an error in your order, or if the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
